Our project teams work closely with yours to design, guide and evaluate your project lifecycle in three phases:
Solution Definition
During this first phase, we gather and document business and functional requirements and develop your project roadmap. Our focus includes prototyping, design and definition of acceptance criteria.
Solution Development
Next, we configure and assemble your ConceptWave product(s), create the system and test documentation and then complete system testing. During this period, we make revisions based on design reviews, your feedback and any issues we’ve identified during testing.
Solution Implementation
The final stage involves installing your ConceptWave product(s) and conducting acceptance tests (UATs), to identify any issues and resolve them together. We then work side-by-side to complete rollout tasks, implement end-user training and ensure production readiness.
