The ConceptWave Education Team has designed a series of interactive education programs to empower your business by transferring the knowledge, experience and skills that will help you successfully deploy and maintain your ConceptWave products. We also offer a partner certification program, which combines our 5-day standard course and 7-day advanced course.

ConceptWave Product Training Streams

To support Order Care and Velocity implementations, ConceptWave offers both product and administrator training across three course categories — Standard, Advanced and Condensed:

Product Training

Ideal for Customers (typically IS/IT organizations), Channel Partners and System Integrators who have, or share, responsibility for implementing, enhancing and supporting an Order Care solution. Led by a ConceptWave Trainer, and supported by ConceptWave Solution Architects and Consultants as appropriate, these modular courses last between one and five days, and we group them according to subject matter.

Administrator Training

For Customers, Channel Partners and System Integrators who have, or share, responsibility for the Administration and Support of an Order Care solution (e.g. Help Desk).
