Solution Architects

ConceptWave’s certified solution architects, all senior members of the company’s services team, provide technical leadership in implementing end-to-end BSS and OSS enterprise architecture solutions. Based on their industry and domain experience with order management, order entry and product catalog-based systems, ConceptWave architects:

  • Act as your technical lead through all technical phases of your implementation (i.e.. order-to-cash, quote-to-order, order system replacement)
  • Drive the solution's overall architecture for your unique system
  • Define architectural design components to optimize new applications as well as existing legacy infrastructure
  • Develop unique architectures specific to your business needs
  • Consolidate and verify the architectural input of all systems architects and designers on the project
  • Ensure integration and achievement of all requirements and in addition, recommend optimization plans to ensure the solution's longevity
  • Define and uphold development standards, easy to maintain after production
  • Bridge the gap between customer and deployment technical teams

ConceptWave’s solution architects each possess decades of implementation experience which not only includes product specific knowledge of ConceptWave’s Order Care suite but also includes experience with:

  • Designing architectural solutions for Tier 1 CSPs as well as "green field" opportunities
  • Developing architectures conforming to eTOM, SID, TAM, NGOSS, and industry best practices
  • Delivering and implementing business transformation initiatives
  • Engineering templates used to optimize implementation efforts, as well as maximize the life of existing applications in B/OSS architectures
  • Recommending product consolidation environments

ConceptWave’s Process Optimization Architects are the company’s most senior solutions architects. Not only is each ConceptWave certified, but each expert has served as chief architects in at least five large-scale ConceptWave productions.  Each has significant experience in:

  • Designing major product features and enhancements
  • Implementing features and enhancements for various clients
  • Interfacing with chief architects at numerous Tier 1 communication service providers and "green field" customers
  • Managing future issues in one's existing B/OSS infrastructure, and implementing measures to mitigate those issues

Application Developers

Each ConceptWave Application Developer has successfully deployed ConceptWave’s Order Care projects oriented around Order Entry, Order Management and Product Catalog.  Each ConceptWave Certified Application Developer has implemented the company’s solutions for leading communications service providers as well as “green field” operators.  ConceptWave’s expertise and domain knowledge reduce solutions deployment time and costs by:

  • Configuring CSP's unique solutions
  • Interfacing ConceptWave's Order Care platform with a CSP's existing B/OSS infrastructure using approved templates
  • Working directly with a CSP's business analysts to implement functional specifications while developing the most efficient solution

Business Analysts

ConceptWave’s business analysts are certified members of the company’s services team.  Each has “big 5” consulting firm experience with extensive understanding of communications service provider environments.  ConceptWave’s business analysts develop intimate understandings of your customers’ business requirements, mapping them to the capabilities of its Order Care suite. Our business analysts are experienced with both technical and functional business requirements and will bridge the gap between your technical needs and business issues.  Each business analyst will:

  • Analyze your clients' application needs
  • Provide recommendations geared towards efficient deployment of production systems
  • Offer insights and analysis of particular needs based on their extensive experience offering services to Tier 1 CSPs
  • Identify common issues that impede growth and progress
  • Align the needs and requirements of a customer's infrastructure to the strengths of ConceptWave's Order Care suite
