New Dimensions and Opportunities: the ConceptWave Partner Program
Today, it is more important than ever that companies form strategic partnerships to achieve success. ConceptWave understands that Communication Service Providers (CSPs) are on a continuous journey to:
- Increase Revenue;
- Reduce Operational Expenses; and,
- Achieve Faster Time-To-Market Solutions
However, no single company can deliver a full-service solution to a CSP. Rather, it is a joint effort that brings together a broad mix of technologies, skills and experiences. Recognizing this reality, ConceptWave launched a new Partner Program in November 2010 that provides a structured way for partners to solve some of the most complex problems faced by CSPs and other sectors today. Specifically, it links leading technology providers, system integrators, consultants and independent software vendors (ISV) in the marketing, development and delivery of value-added solutions to CSPs.
The new Program aims to provide CSPs business value by creating alliances that integrate new technologies into our Catalog Management and Order Management solutions. This complements our offerings and capabilities in delivering value to our customers while allowing partners to leverage their relationship with ConceptWave to provide bi-directional selling opportunities and access to sales tools, training and support in order to assure our mutual success.
ConceptWave’s Partner Program is multi-tiered and multi-tracked in order to ensure that a wide range of core-competencies are made available according to necessity and partner demand.
