TORONTO – November 8, 2011 – ConceptWave Software Inc., a leading provider of Communication Lifecycle Management solutions for the global communications service provider market, announced today that its product set has successfully completed the TM Forum Frameworx Product Conformance Certification program.
ConceptWave’s Order Care® and Rapid CRM have been certified for Information Framework (SID) Release 9.0 Domains/Aggregate Business Entities and Business Process Framework (eTOM) Release 8.0 processes. The SID entitles certified include: Common Business Entity, Customer, Product, Service and Resource. The eTOM processes certified include CRM Support & Readiness, Customer Interface Management, Selling, Order Handling, Service Configuration & Activation, Product & Offer Development & Retirement, Service Development & Retirement Process Mapping, and Resource Development & Retirement Process Mapping.
