ConceptWave named Finalist for TM Forum Solution Excellence Award for Work with Türk Telekom

(“Türk Telekom”), the leading communication and convergence technology group in Turkey. Working with ConceptWave, Türk Telekom re-engineered and transformed its legacy business processes to take a more customer-centric approach. The two partners will demonstrate how deploying an end-to-end order fulfillment enabled Swisscom AG to enhance the overall customer experience, leading to an improved operational costs savings of more than one million Swiss-Francs annually. ConceptWave will take part in the catalyst project focusing on “Applying Best Practices to Business Processes in the Cloud” that will take place in the Forumville exhibit area. This project will demonstrate how financial and communications service providers can streamline B2B and internal operations by integrating ITIL best practices and data with Frameworx. This project is the results of collaboration between ConceptWave, Progress Software and Tie Mambofive.
