Mr. Rana is a seasoned industry innovator who has been able to repeatedly identify and address changing service fulfillment needs. Drawing on his early senior leadership roles in numerous telecom leaders, such as AT&T Canada (Unitel) and Nortel Networks, Mr. Rana has a proven track record of product innovation, solving some of the most complex product life cycle issues perplexing the industry. As a founder and President of Objectel Software Inc., he and Dr. Chochlekov were early pioneers in the development of a metadata-based network catalogue and inventory system, thereby creating an enduring industry standard that became a key part of the provisioning suite offered by Accugraph Corporation, Architel Systems Corporation, Nortel Networks, Metasolv Corporation and ultimately Oracle Corporation. As Senior Vice President, Product Development of Architel, Mr. Rana had responsibility for product development, implementation and support across the full provisioning suite. Mr. Rana holds a Bachelors of Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Essex, UK. |

Dr. Chochlekov is an industry innovator and a leading academic. His extensive experience has produced a definitive Systems Architecture knowledge base that spans some 25 years. With numerous best-in-class products to his name, Dr. Chochlekov is a proven authority on Systems Architecture, and is eminently qualified to direct the developmental efforts at ConceptWave. Perhaps one of Dr. Chochlekov’s most significant assets as a Systems Architect is his familiarity with developing large and complex distributed systems. His leadership and guidance roles for many large Telcos include industry standards UNITEL, Nortel Networks and Architel. The sheer variety of his projects points to an exceptional understanding of Telco environments. As a result, Dr. Chochlekov conceives solutions to real challenges confronting the Communications Service Provider (CSP) community. As an executive, Dr. Chochlekov has provided vision for numerous organizations. He served as Director of Systems Architecture at Architel, while his leadership involvement at Objectel resulted in the development of the Objectel OSS Strategy. Even as corporate director, Dr. Chochlekov has always been actively involved, working closely with his team to develop solutions that challenge the norms in software development. Dr. Chochlekov holds a Masters degree in Science and a PhD in Software Development. He is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges CSPs face, and to address them with an insightful blend of academic expertise and practical industry experience. |

Mr. Griffith brings a strong strategic focus and corporate finance background to ConceptWave. Previously, Mr. Griffith was President and CEO of Digital Fairway Corporation, a service fulfillment software company. During Mr. Griffith’s tenure with Digital Fairway, the company successfully refocused its strategy to address the pressing need of large enterprises to manage their telecom assets effectively. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Architel Systems Corporation, a public software company and industry leader in telecom service fulfillment, which was sold to Nortel Networks in 2000. During his time as President, Architel gained market acceptance as a leader in fulfillment solutions for next-gen services. Mr. Griffith originally joined Architel as VP Finance and General Counsel, helping mange the rapid growth experienced both internally and through acquisition. Prior to joining Architel, Mr. Griffith was a partner with Fasken Campbell Godfrey, Barristers and Solicitors (predecessor to Fasken Martineau DuMoulin), with responsibility for their Securities and Public Transactions Group. Mr. Griffith holds Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees, both from the University of Toronto. |

With more than 20 years of technical and management experience in the telecom industry, Mr. Woon is a dynamic veteran of the OSS/BSS software market. His ability to drive a company, and its products, to market has scored numerous wins with such industry players as Nortel Networks, Siemens, Architel and Astracon. As a former Vice President at Nortel, and an Executive Vice President at Astracon, Mr. Woon brings with him a deep understanding of the challenges facing the telecom industry. He aptly distills and articulates the real value in any product offering. Extensive experience in related fields, such as Partner Management and Sales Support, allows Mr. Woon to introduce a high degree of corporate-wide cohesion in his marketing initiatives. Many in the OSS/BSS analyst community have recognized Mr. Woon’s thorough understanding of the telecom world. He is routinely polled for his opinion of the market, the technologies that drive it and the overall trajectory of telecom at large. As an experienced senior manager, Mr. Woon is a rare contributor who fully understands the complexity of OSS/BSS at all levels. He is equally familiar with every aspect of the business, from systems architecture and implementation to the mechanics of brokering a deal. He holds degrees in Business and Computer Sciences from the University of Windsor and advance degrees in Technology Education from the University of West Virginia. |

Mr. Noormohamed has an established and well -regarded international track record in business development, sales and executive management within the telecom sector. He has held senior executive positions at BT, Dimension Data, LogicaCMG, Astracon and, more recently, with Net Insight. Mr. Noormohamed is proficient at acquiring large-scale deployment projects, both directly and through partners. His portfolio included many international accounts. Mr. Noormohamed’s most notable achievements include strategic sales within Customer Care and Billing, as well as OSS environments within Tier 1 service providers in USA, Europe and Asia. He has led and developed sales teams across the globe, and managed multi-million dollar pipelines. Working with a telecom operator, systems integrator and an equipment manufacture within the service provider world, Mr. Noormohamed has built an empathetic relationship with his target customers. With aptitude, commercial insight and field experience, he is a significant asset to ConceptWave as we scale our business internationally. Mr. Noormohamed holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. |

Mr. Halford comes to Conceptwave with a successful career focused on selling high value software systems and professional services to the global service provider community. His experience includes executive sales positions with Architel, Nortel, MetaSolv, Oracle and, most recently, as Vice President of Global Sales and Partners with Elanti Systems. His experience includes working with large and small Wireline and Wireless customers in both direct and partner-led engagements. He has specific expertise in building sales organizations for high tech companies looking to accelerate growth, and capture marketshare. As part of his role as Vice President Sales, Americas, Mr. Halford is responsible for working closely with customers and partners to ensure continued satisfaction , at the same time as we scale to attract new customers and opportunities for our partners. Mr. Halford is well positioned to build on Conceptwave’s success in the market and is key to our corporate growth strategy. Mr. Halford is based in Dallas, Texas, and has a Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Cloud State University. |

Mr. Emery is responsible for defining and delivering Order Care solutions, specializing in complex telecommunications engagements. He has extensive domain knowledge in telecom CRM and Billing, as well as Order Management and Provisioning systems. Prior to ConceptWave, Mr. Emery was the Enterprise Architect at AT&T Canada. Mr. Emery holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, and a Masters of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University |

Mr. Knight is a veteran software architect and developer of client applications. He has been a key leader in ConceptWave’s product development team since the start of the company in 2000. Previously, Mr. Knight was the CTO of Sintech, a web-based hedge fund trading software application company. He has also held senior technical positions with Ernst & Young, Gateways Systems, and IQ Bermuda |
